12R.10.080   Park commission permits authorizing private or public events conducted in city park facilities.
   The park commission shall have exclusive authority to approve any permit required by this chapter when the permit authorizes a private or public event:
   A.   Conducted in a city park facility or portion of a city park facility not designated as an intensive and/or exclusive use area;
   B.   That will exceed 15 consecutive hours in length; or
   C.   Deemed by the director to require park commission approval.
