12R.02.045   Resisting or obstructing park rangers, police officers, city staff, or city contractors in the performance of their duties - Unlawful.
   No person shall resist, delay, obstruct, or provide false information to a park ranger, police officer, city staff, or city contractor in the discharge or attempt to discharge any duty of the office, or when active within the scope of employment in any park, greenway, or open space in the city.
