11R.12.110   Vehicle identification.
   Vehicles shall display lights from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise, except when such vehicles are parked in areas designated by the commission or manager. Vehicles equipped with rotating beacons shall use them at all times while on or near aircraft operating areas.
