No motorized vehicle shall be operated in or upon an operational area unless its presence is specifically required for purposes of aircraft servicing, airport maintenance, or airport emergencies. All vehicles (other than gasoline service trucks) or ambulances which are not manned by personnel of the city shall be accompanied by an employee of the city unless otherwise authorized by the manager. All vehicles shall utilize a two-way radio or rotary beacon or shall display a 3-foot-square flag of alternating colored squares (international orange and white).
