11R.12.080   Vehicle operating regulations.
   Although the roadways located on the airport are not dedicated public roadways, all regulations relating to the operation of a motor vehicle, as set forth in the Chico Municipal Code, and the California Vehicle Code, shall apply to vehicles operating on such roadways, except when specific permission is granted by the commission or manager to vary from the requirements of such codes.
