11R.08.168   Manager’s authority to approve alterations or additions to improvements on leased property.
   The manager may approve any alterations or additions to improvements located on city-owned property held under lease, license or other entitlement, where the value of such alteration or addition as determined for purposes of granting a building permit is ten thousand dollars or less.
