2R.48.010   Parking place commission directed to undertake study of on-street parking needs.
   The parking place commission of the city is hereby directed to undertake and pursue a continuing study of the on-street parking needs of the city and from time to time to submit to the city council findings, conclusions and recommendations for implementing and improving on-street parking patterns and conditions.
