2R.04.280   City manager authorized to execute agreements with State of California Department of Motor Vehicles for Class A and B driver license training and testing.
   The city manager is hereby authorized to execute agreements with the State of California Department of Motor Vehicles for the training and testing by the city of certain city employees who require Class A and Class B driver licenses to operate certain city vehicles.
