19.94.050   Timing and Funding.
   All open space depicted on an approved regulating plan shall be constructed in conjunction with build out of the plan. The provision of a mechanism, and timing for that mechanism, to fund the operation and maintenance of all public and private open spaces shall be required as a condition of approval of each regulatory plan.
