16.14.070   Inspection request.
   It shall be the responsibility of the permit holder or an authorized agent to request the building official or other designated inspector to make any inspection on a building or structure, building service equipment, or sign required by this chapter. Such request may be oral or in writing but shall be made not less than 24 hours prior to the time the inspection is desired unless the building official or other designated inspector waives such requirement for good cause shown.
