16.06.010   General provisions.
   No person shall erect, construct, install, alter, add to, repair, replace, move, relocate, demolish, occupy, maintain, or use any building or structure, building service equipment, or sign in the city unless such building or structure, building service equipment, or sign complies with the standards adopted by this chapter.
