16.04.070   Existing.
   The term “existing” when used in the context of an existing building or structure, existing building service equipment, or an existing sign shall mean any building or structure, building service equipment, or sign which was constructed or installed prior to the enactment of the standards adopted by Chapter 16.06 of this title or any applicable amendment thereto.
