§ 155.2104 EXCEPTIONS TO TABLE 1.
   (A)   For bumper overhang deduct 1½ feet from stall depth to wall or three feet from wall to wall for 45-degree and 60-degree parking. The equivalent dimensions for 75-degree and 90-degree parking are two feet and four feet respectively.
   (B)   Where natural and/or man-made obstacles, obstructions, or other features such as, but not limited to landscaping, support columns, or grade difference exist, the city may approve a reduction in stall width, stall length, and/or module width as part of the site plan review process. In all instances where a reduction is requested, attention to emergency vehicle access shall be considered and incorporated into the parking lot design.

§ 155.2105 ACCESS.
   In order to assure adequate vehicle access for uses, the following standards shall apply:
   (A)   There shall be adequate provision for ingress and egress to all uses. For single- or two-family residential dwellings, driveways shall be a minimum of 9 feet in width. For all other uses, driveways shall be a minimum width of 22 feet and may be located on more than one property. If one-way loop drives are approved as part of the site plan review process, the width of an individual drive shall be at least 11 feet.
   (B)   A loading space shall have minimum dimensions of not less than 12 feet in width, 50 feet in length, exclusive of driveways, aisle, and other circulation areas, and a height clearance of not less than 15 feet. One off-street loading space shall be provided and maintained on the same lot for every separate occupancy requiring delivery of goods and having a gross floor area of up to 5,000 square feet. One loading space shall be provided for each additional 10,000 square feet or fraction thereof.
   (C)   For parcels with continuous frontage under 100 feet, one driveway is permitted for ingress and egress. In the case of a corner lot, one driveway may be located on each public road. For parcels with more than 100 feet of frontage, a second driveway may be permitted following completion of a traffic impact study, as described in § 155.2203.

§ 155.2106 SETBACKS.
   Off-street parking areas may not be located within any required landscape strip or closer than five feet of any property line.

§ 155.2107 SCREENINGS.
   All parking areas shall be screened in accordance with §§ 155.2401 through 155.2406.

§ 155.2108 PAVING.
   Surfacing shall be accomplished with an asphaltic or Portland cement binder pavement in order to provide a durable or dust-free surface. Perimeters of parking areas shall be curbed or have other suitable barriers.

§ 155.2109 LIGHTING.
   Any parking area which is intended to be used during non-daylight hours shall be property illuminated to avoid accidents. Any lights used to illuminate a parking lot shall be arranged to direct light away from the adjoining property.

§ 155.2110 LOCATION OF PARKING SPACES.
   The following regulations shall govern the location of off-street parking spaces and areas:}
   (A)   All parking spaces required herein for all single- and two-family residential uses shall be located on the same lot as the use which they are intended to serve.
   (B)   All parking spaces required herein for apartments, dormitories, or similar residential uses shall also be located on the same lot with the building and uses served.
