§ 155.1005 SITE PLAN REVIEW.
   Pursuant to § 155.2201, a site plan may be required.

OMC OFFICE/MEDICAL/COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
§ 155.1101 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this District is to provide suitable locations for hospitals, medical clinics, medical laboratories, and all types of professional offices, including offices for nearby industrial uses with warehousing or production on a separate site. This area also allows for public and quasi-public uses, which are compatible with a centralized urban location.

§ 155.1102 PERMITTED USES.
   A building in an OMC Office/Medical/ Commercial District shall be less than 7,500 gross square feet and may be used only for the following purposes:
   (A)   Retail and wholesale pharmacies.
   (B)   Office supply retail establishments.
   (C)   Copy shops and printing shops.
   (D)   Public and private parks.
   (E)   Recreational facilities as defined in § 155.2801.
   (F)   Retail and wholesale medical supplies.
   (G)   Hospitals.
   (H)   Clinics.
   (I)   Restaurants including drive-through facilities.
   (J)   Business, union, charitable, finance, professional, and consulting offices, including medical clinics and doctor/dental offices.
   (K)   Funeral homes.
   (L)   Personal service establishments such as barber shops, beauty shops, and tanning establishments.
   (M)   Studios of art, dance, photography, or music.
   (N)   Florists.
   (O)   Computer repair and service.
   (P)   Child care centers as set forth in § 155.1915.
   (Q)   Banks and other similar financial institutions.
   (R)   Accessory structures and uses incidental to the above uses.
   (S)   Any other use deemed to be of a similar nature as those above by the Planning and Zoning Commission.

§ 155.1103 CONDITIONAL USES.
   The following uses may be approved in accordance with §§ 155.1801 through 155.1803:
   (A)   Single-family dwellings that comply with the yard, lot coverage, and height restrictions as defined in the SF-2 District.
   (B)   Convenience stores.
   (C)   Outdoor vending machines.
   (D)   Nursing homes.
   (E)   Public and quasi-public buildings and uses, such as libraries, museums, public service offices.
   (F)   Adult group homes.
   (G)   Hotels and motels.
   (H)   Multiple-family dwellings with the yard, lot coverage, and height restriction as defined in the MF District as set forth in §§ 155.0804 and 155.0805.

§ 155.1104 MINIMUM LOT AND YARD SIZES; MAXIMUM LOT COVERAGE.
   Required minimum lot and yard sizes and maximum lot coverages are set forth in §§ 155.1701 through 155.1703.

CBD CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
§ 155.1201 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this District is to lawfully characterize and protect one of the city's oldest and most cherished areas - its Downtown. As its name implies, there is and will be only one Central Business District. The uses permitted in this district have been designed with the primary intention of legitimizing existing uses so that their continued operation and compatibility might be preserved.
