A building in the NC Neighborhood Commercial District shall be less than 7,500 gross square feet and may be used only for the following purposes:
(A) Retail sales whose primary clientele are area residents. Acceptable sales activities include drug, food, carry-out, clothing, but not department or discount stores, variety goods, and the like. No drive-through facilities shall be permitted.
(B) Restaurants not including drive- in or drive-through facilities.
(C) Business, union, charitable, finance, professional, and consulting offices, including medical clinics and doctor/dental offices.
(D) Laundromats and dry cleaning service.
(E) Public parks and recreation areas.
(F) Funeral homes.
(G) Personal service establishments, such as barber shops, beauty shops, and tanning establishments.
(H) Studios of art, dance, photography, or music.
(I) Florists.
(J) Antique sales.
(K) Residences on the second or third floor of commercial structures.
(M) Accessory structures and uses incidental to the above uses.
(N) Singe family residential.
(O) Any other use deemed to be of a similar nature as those above by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
