§ 155.0904 MANUFACTURED HOME PARK REQUIREMENTS.
   All manufactured home parks shall comply with the requirements of OAC Chapter 3701, promulgated by the Ohio Public Health Council in accordance with R.C. Chapter 3733.

§ 155.0905 PERMITTED USES.
   Property within an MHP District shall only be used for the following purposes:
   (A)   Manufactured home parks constructed and established in accordance with OAC Chapter 3701.
   (B)   Sale of manufactured homes or retail sales related to manufactured home parks.

§ 155.0906 CONDITIONAL USES.
   The following uses may be approved in accordance with §§ 155.1801 through 155.1803: Mini-warehouses, public and private.

NC NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
§ 155.1001 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this District is to provide suitable locations for retail and service commercial establishments intended to meet the daily convenience needs of a residential area. Establishments are not to include activities characterized by major purchase items or goods or services which are oriented to a city-wide or highway-attracted clientele.
