Engineer
EDITOR'S NOTE: The City provides by ordinance for the employment of an Engineer. The duties and compensation of such Engineer are provided for by such ordinance.

   149.01  CASH DEPOSITS FOR ENGINEER'S COSTS.
   Anyone requesting the services of the City Engineer for inspections or other related work shall, prior to the Engineer reviewing the same, deposit cash with the Director of Finance in an amount estimated by the Engineer to cover his cost. An itemized breakdown of the cost and services rendered by the Engineer shall be furnished by the Director of Finance to each applicant after completion of the work, and any balance refunded. In the event the original estimate of cost is exceeded, the applicant shall be notified in writing of such fact and an additional cash deposit shall be required prior to the Engineer's completion of the project.
