2.06.080 Authority to Carry Out Policies.
The City Manager may call upon any employee, officer, head of any department under the control or jurisdiction of the City Manager, or any appointing authority under the control or jurisdiction of the City Manager to provide information and assist in carrying out the policies and orders of the City Council and the duties herein vested in the City Manager. It shall be the duty of the City Attorney, City Clerk and City Treasurer to assist the City Manager in administering the affairs of the City efficiently, economically and harmoniously.
