HEALTH DEPARTMENT

2.30.010 Creation of Public Health Department.
The San Bernardino County Department of Public Health shall be and shall hereinafter be referred to as the Public Health Department of the City.
2.30.012 Establishment of Health Officer.
The Health Officer of the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health shall be and shall hereinafter be referred to as the Health Officer of the City.
2.30.014 Emergencies.
Should the City Manager determine that an emergency exists respecting public health and safety, he/she or his/her delegate may give notice or take such other action as is required by the Health Officer.
