PEACE OFFICER TRAINING STANDARDS

2.32.010 Declaration of Intent.
The City declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the State under the provisions of Chapter 1, Title 4, Part 4, of the Penal Code, commencing with Section 13520.
2.32.012 Adherence to State Standards.
Pursuant to Section 13522 of the Chapter 1, Title 4, Part 4 of the Penal Code, the City while receiving aid from the State pursuant to the said Chapter 1, will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission of Peace Officer Standards and Training.
