Recommendations of the Council shall be submitted to the Yolo County Board of Supervisors, the Director of the Health and Human Services Agency, the Health and Human Services Agency Branch Directors for Community Health and Adult and Aging, and the Health and Human Services Agency Alcohol and Drug Administrator, as appropriate.
