Sec. 2-2.106.   Minutes and records.
   The Health and Human Services Agency Community Health Branch Director or her/his designee shall serve as the Secretary to the Council, and shall keep the minutes of all meetings of the Council and file a copy thereof with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
   Minutes shall include a record of attendance, a listing of reports received, and all action taken and recommendations adopted. The Health and Human Services Agency Community Health Branch Director shall arrange for such additional clerical or other assistance as the Director deems necessary to be provided.
