When any member of the Yolo County Affirmative Action Advisory Committee fails to attend three (3) consecutive meetings without being excused by the chairperson, the chairperson shall report the fact to the Board. The Board may declare the seat vacant, and the vacancy shall be filled for the remainder of the unexpired term in the manner set forth for regular appointments to membership on the Committee.
