Regular meetings of the Yolo County Affirmative Action Advisory Committee shall be held at least once each month at a time and place to be determined by the members. If, for any reason, the business to be considered at a regular meeting cannot be concluded, those present at such meeting shall designate the time and place for an adjourned meeting to consider any unfinished terms of business.
