The first meeting of the Yolo County Affirmative Action Advisory Committee shall be called by the chairperson of the Board, at which meeting the members shall elect a chairperson and vice-chairperson and set a regular meeting date. At its first regular meeting, the members of the Committee shall classify themselves by lot as to their respective terms of office. The Committee may adopt such rules and procedures as it deems necessary for the conduct of its business. (§ 1, Ord. 688, eff. October 24, 1973)
