§ 95.99 PENALTY.

   In addition to the abatement procedure set forth in §§ 95.45 and 95.46, the following penalties shall apply:

   (A)   Whoever violates the following series of code sections shall be fined pursuant to the chart set forth hereinbelow:

   (B)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provision of §§ 95.20 through 95.25 or any regulation promulgated pursuant hereto, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine in the amount of $450, and each day a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. In addition, the village shall have the right to the other remedies available to it at law and in equity, including, but not limited to, injunctive relief as necessary to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
