CHARTER OF THE CITY OF WILLOUGHBY, OHIO
EDITOR'S NOTE: The Charter for the City of Willoughby, Ohio was adopted by the voters at the special election held on June 19, 1951. Dates appearing in parentheses following a heading indicate that those provisions were subsequently amended or adopted on the date given. The Charter became effective immediately upon adoption for the purpose of nominating and electing officers, including the abolition of primary elections and fixing the compensation of those elected in 1951. For all other purposes the Charter became effective on and after January 2, 1952.
The members of the Charter Commission, chosen by the voters at the general election held on November 7, 1950, which framed and submitted the Charter were:
