A. Fines Established: A person cited for traffic or nontraffic violations may elect to pay a fine in the Municipal Court according to the following schedule; provided however, said schedule may be amended by ordinance or resolution from time to time:

All other offenses may be bonded by a fine in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00), plus court costs then in force and effect.
In addition to a fine, each case is to have collected court costs and penalty assessments in the maximum amount then permitted by 11 Oklahoma Statutes section 27-126, as amended, or otherwise imposed by State law.
B. Rules; Payment Of Fine: The court may adopt rules to carry into effect this section. Payment of a fine under this section shall constitute a final determination of the cause against the defendant. If a defendant who has elected to pay a fine under this section fails to do so, prosecution shall proceed under the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 3664, 7-18-2017)
