5-1C-3: DISTURBING THE PEACE; DISORDERLY CONDUCT:

It is unlawful for any person to wilfully or maliciously disturb the peace of another or others by violent, obstreperous, or improper conduct or carriage; by loud or unusual noise; or by unseemly, obscene, offensive, or abusive language; or to insult another or others by such conduct or language; or to conduct himself in a disorderly manner. (1986 Code § 14-29; amd. 2005 Code)
