951.12 PICNICKING.

   The picnic facilities in the park are primarily provided for use by families, local businesses and organizations. Picnic facilities are not to be provided by groups, regardless of size, unless the group provides food to the individuals attending the picnic and has made previous reservation for the site, including the time of arrival and departure.

951.13 CAMPS.

   No person shall establish or maintain any camp or other temporary lodging place within the park without specific permit from the President, Director or his authorized representative.

951.14 HUNTING.

   No person within the confines of the park shall hunt, pursue with dogs, trap, molest, harm, harass or injure any bird or animal found within the confines of the park, or molest any bird's nest or take the eggs of any bird. (Ord. 7-99. Passed 8-12-99.)

951.15 HORSEBACK RIDING.

   (a)    No person or persons other than the operator of the park riding stable may offer horses or ponies for hire to individuals and groups using the facilities of the park.

   (b)    No person shall make use of the trails and roadways in the park on horseback unless the President, Director or his authorized representative issues a special permit for riders to make use thereof. (Ord. 7-99. Passed 8-12-99.)

951.16 SOLICITING.

   No person shall beg, hawk, peddle, distribute or solicit or offer for sale any article, thing, paper, privilege or service within the park; nor circulate petitions within the park without a written permit from the President or Director.

951.17 SIGNS.

   No person shall expose, distribute or place any sign, advertisement, circular, notice or statement or display any banner, emblem or design within the park without a specific written permit from the President or Director. (Ord. 7-99. Passed 8-12-99.)

951.18 PROTECTION OF SPECIAL HORTICULTURAL FEATURES.

   No person may walk, occupy or in any way trespass on special horticultural plantings or specially designed landscaped areas. (Ord. 7-99. Passed 8-12-99.)
