(a) No person shall injure, deface, disturb or befoul any part of the park or any building, sign, equipment, turf area or other property found therein; nor shall any tree, flower, shrub, rock or other mineral be removed, injured or destroyed.
(b) No person shall intentionally accelerate or stop a motor vehicle causing the rubber tires to spin or slide, resulting in defacement of the surface of any park roadway or parking area. (Ord. 7-99. Passed 8-12-99.)
