951.28 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

No person shall drink, sell or offer for sale intoxicating liquor or alcoholic beverages or be under the influence of any intoxicating liquor or alcoholic beverage within any public area of the park. (Ord. 7-99. Passed 8-12-99.)
