951.31 USE OF THE COMMUNITY BUILDING IN JACKSON MEMORIAL PARK.
   (a)    Written permission to use the community building must be obtained from the City offices. Request for rental of the kitchen must be made at the same time the building is rented.
   (b)    All meetings and activities shall be adult sponsored, properly chaperoned and conducted in an orderly manner.
   (c)   Morning meetings shall cease at 11:30 a.m. unless otherwise authorized in writing.
   (d)   Afternoon meetings shall cease at 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise authorized in writing.
   (e)   Evening meetings shall cease at 11:00 p.m. unless otherwise authorized in writing.
   (f)   Rooms are locked independent of each other and only the rooms that are rented shall be entered or used.
   (g)   Rental fees shall be set by the Board and Director and paid to the City.
   (h)   Rental fees for regularly scheduled weekly, semimonthly or monthly meetings must be paid not later than the first of the following month. All other rental fees are due at the time of the scheduled meetings.
   (i)   Cancellation of a meeting must be made twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled time, otherwise a charge of five dollars ($5.00) will be made for holding reservation.
   (j)   No fixtures or furnishings are to be added or removed without written permission of the Director.
   (k)   If any decorations are used during meetings, the decorations must be removed at completion of meeting time.
   (l)   Each group using the premises shall take good care of the furnishings, using the facilities with discretion, shutting off same at conclusion of use, and leaving the premises in a tidy condition. All groups are responsible for locking the rented facilities and returning keys to the City offices. (Ord. 7-99. Passed 8-12-99.)
