The following terms, as used in this article, shall mean:
(a) “Park” means Jackson Memorial Park, Spencer Park, McDonough Wildlife, Maplewood Park and any and all land controlled or managed by the Board of Parks and Recreation and Director of Parks.
(b) “Board” means the Vienna Board of Parks and Recreation.
(c) “President” means the President of the Board of Parks and Recreation.
(d) “Director” means the Director of Parks. (Ord. 7-99. Passed 8-12-99.)
