No person shall bring into or have or keep in the park any dog, cat or other domestic animal unless the same is held in control by a leash, except in certain specifically designated off- leash areas. No person shall bring a dog, cat or other domestic animal into park buildings. (Ord. 2-12. Passed 7-12-12.)
