(a) The Board and Director shall establish fees and charges for the use of the park recreational facilities and shall establish specific regulations governing their use. No person shall make use of the recreational facilities without paying the required fee and adhering to the rules and regulations governing use of the facility. The Board and Director will maintain an appropriate office with attendant where the participants may register, pay fees and secure rules and regulations governing use of the facility.
(b) No person shall participate in a recreational activity other than at the facility specifically designed for same.
(c) The public areas provided for specific facilities such as food service, are not be used as a picnic facility by individuals and groups. (Ord. 7-99. Passed 8-12-99.)
