6-1-16: INDECENT EXPOSURE:

It shall be unlawful for any person to appear in a state of nudity or in any indecent or lewd dress or condition in any public place or in any such place to make any indecent exposure of his or her person or private parts thereof or the private parts of another or to conduct himself in a lewd or lascivious manner or to appear in any such place in a dress not belonging to his sex. (1965 Code § 6-1-26)

6-1-17: KEEPING OF JUNK RESTRICTED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to store or keep any old articles or materials which may be classified as junk adjacent to or in close proximity to any schoolhouse, church, public parks, public grounds, business buildings or residences without first providing proper and tight buildings for the storage of the same. (1965 Code § 6-1-27)

6-1-18: LOTTERY:

   A.   Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any lottery or scheme for the disposal or distribution of property by chance among persons who have paid or promised to pay any valuable consideration for the chance of obtaining such property or portion of it, or for any share or interest in such property upon any agreement, understanding or expectation that it is to be distributed or disposed of by lot or chance whether such scheme be called lottery, raffle or gift enterprise or by whatever name the same be known and no person shall contrive, prepare, set up or establish any such scheme or lottery.

   B.   Traffic In Lottery Tickets: It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, give or in any manner whatsoever furnish or transfer to or for any other person, any ticket understood to be or to represent any ticket, chance, share or interest in any property or thing involved, in any enterprise mentioned in subsection A of this Section or depending upon the event of any such scheme, lottery or enterprise. (1965 Code § 6-1-29)

6-1-19: LOUDSPEAKERS OR SOUND TRUCKS:

It shall be unlawful to play, operate or use any device known as a sound truck, loudspeaker or sound amplifier, radio or phonograph, with loudspeaker or sound amplifier or any instrument of any kind or character which emits loud and raucous noises and is attached to and upon any vehicle unless such person in charge of such vehicle shall have first applied to and received permission from the County deputy to operate any such vehicle so equipped. (1965 Code § 6-1-30; amd. 1999 Code)

6-1-20: LUG WHEELS PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for tractors with wheels injurious to pavement to be permitted upon the public thoroughfares unless the operator of such vehicle shall first plank such streets. (1965 Code § 6-1-31)

6-1-21: MALICIOUS INJURY TO PROPERTY:

It shall be unlawful for any person wilfully and maliciously to injure, deface, mutilate, remove, pull down, break or in any manner interfere with or molest or secrete or destroy any real or personal property belonging to or under the control of any person. (1965 Code § 6-1-32)

6-1-22: MUFFLERS; UNNECESSARY NOISE:

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle which shall not at all times be equipped with a muffler upon the exhaust thereof in good working order and in constant operation to prevent excessive or unusual noise and it shall be unlawful for any person operating any motor vehicle to use a cut-out, by-pass or similar muffler elimination appliance.
