ORDINANCE NO. 167

AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CODIFICATION AND REVISIONS OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF VALIER, MONTANA. PRESENTLY CODIFIED IN TITLES I THROUGH XI OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF VALIER, MONTANA, COUNTY OF PONDERA.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF VALIER, MONTANA.

Section 1. That titles I through XI of the existing Valier municipal codes are hereby codified and revised into titles I through XI of the municipal code of the town of Valier, Montana 1965.

Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after its second passage by the town of Valier council.

Section 3. Ordinance no. 153 of the town of Valier is hereby repealed.

Section 4. From and after the effective date of this ordinance, the 1965 codification of the town of Valier ordinances shall be in no further force and effect.

Section 5. That upon the effective date of this ordinance a copy of the code book adopted hereby shall be kept in the offices of the town of Valier.

FIRST PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF VALIER, MONTANA THIS 8TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1999.
