6-1-28: SALE OF CIGARETTES OR TOBACCO TO MINORS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or give away, directly or indirectly, to any person under the age of eighteen (18) years, any cigarettes, tobacco or any compounds of tobacco used in filling up or making up of a cigarette or to give or sell any cigarette papers to minors. (1965 Code § 6-1-42; amd. 1999 Code)
