6-1-7: DEPOSITS OF INJURIOUS MATERIAL ON THOROUGHFARES:
It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit, place or allow to remain in or upon any public thoroughfare any material or substance injurious to person or property. (1965 Code § 6-1-9)
