6-1-23: NUISANCES DEFINED:
Anything which is injurious to the health or morals, or indecent or offensive to the senses or an obstruction to the free use of property so as to interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property is declared a nuisance and as such shall be abated. (1965 Code § 6-1-35)
