It shall be unlawful for any person fraudulently to enter, without payment of the proper admission fee, any theater, ballroom, lecture, concert or other place where admission fees are charged; provided however, that nothing herein contained shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict the free admission of police officers engaged in the performance of police duties to any place of public entertainment or amusement. (1965 Code § 6-1-19)
It shall be unlawful for any male citizen over the age of eighteen (18) years to refuse or neglect to render assistance to any police officer when called upon for such assistance or aid in the suppression of riot or other unlawful assemblage or in the arrest of any person who has committed an offense. It shall be unlawful for any person to appear in a state of nudity or in any indecent or lewd dress or condition in any public place or in any such place to make any indecent exposure of his or her person or private parts thereof or the private parts of another or to conduct himself in a lewd or lascivious manner or to appear in any such place in a dress not belonging to his sex. It shall be unlawful for any person to store or keep any old articles or materials which may be classified as junk adjacent to or in close proximity to any schoolhouse, church, public parks, public grounds, business buildings or residences without first providing proper and tight buildings for the storage of the same. A. Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any lottery or scheme for the disposal or distribution of property by chance among persons who have paid or promised to pay any valuable consideration for the chance of obtaining such property or portion of it, or for any share or interest in such property upon any agreement, understanding or expectation that it is to be distributed or disposed of by lot or chance whether such scheme be called lottery, raffle or gift enterprise or by whatever name the same be known and no person shall contrive, prepare, set up or establish any such scheme or lottery.
B. Traffic In Lottery Tickets: It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, give or in any manner whatsoever furnish or transfer to or for any other person, any ticket understood to be or to represent any ticket, chance, share or interest in any property or thing involved, in any enterprise mentioned in subsection A of this Section or depending upon the event of any such scheme, lottery or enterprise.
