939.17. Licensed plumbers; revocation of license.

   Any licensed plumber or employee of such plumber who violates any provision of this chapter or rule or regulation of the Director of Public Utilities issued pursuant thereto shall have his license revoked by the Director.

939.18. Introduction of dangerous contaminants into the water system.

   No person shall knowingly cause the introduction into the water supplied by the Department of Public Utilities, of any manmade or naturally occurring substances which are dangerous to the health, safety and welfare of humans or animals that may consume the water.

   In addition to any criminal penalties provided for elsewhere in this Title Three those found in violation of this section will also be held strictly liable for all damages caused by the action.

939.19. Lead service lines prohibited.

   The Director of Public Utilities shall not approve the installation of any new service line or the replacement of any ex isting service line with pipe that is not lead-free. Lead service lines are prohib ited.
