(a) Plan Administered by Division of Engineering and Construction.
The master plans prepared, showing the underground public service structures within the City shall be placed on file in the Division of Engineering and Construction of the City of Toledo, and shall be administered by the Division of Engineering and Construction.
(b) Record of Work Done to be Kept.
A record of the work done by any of the public utilities must be furnished the Division of Engineering and Construction upon its satisfactory completion and acceptance, for the purpose of keeping accurately up to date the master record.
(c) Standard Methods to be Used.
The standard methods for the elimination of corrosion shall be as agreed, by all parties concerned.
(d) Division of Engineering and Construction to Keep Current Record.
It shall be the duty of the Division of Engineering and Construction to keep up to date the data from the individual records furnished.
