939.03. Limiting use of high pressure mains.

No taps or connections of any kind shall be made to high pressure fire service mains for supplying water to buildings. or other private property for the purpose of special fire service, sprinkler systems, or for any other purpose except that the City may construct connections to such fire service mains for the future extension of mains in the public highways.
