The treasurer of the Thomas Conner Memorial Commission shall receive as compensation for his services the sum of sixty dollars ($60.00) per annum, payable in equal monthly installments of five dollars ($5.00) each. The other members of the Commission shall receive no salaries, but all members shall receive their necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of their official duties, which shall be paid out of the funds of the Commission.
