166.01 PURPOSE OF PLAN.

   The purpose of this Plan is to reinstate the program of the City whereby certain Employees of the City who do not elect to receive health plan coverage to receive additional cash compensation. It is the intention of the City that the Plan qualify as a cafeteria plan under Section 125(d) of the Code.
