EDITOR’S NOTE: Council has established new benefit provisions by Ordinance 1693, passed April 8, 1985, approving an agreement with the Police Patrolmen’s Association for police officers and employees, except the Police Chief and Police Sergeants, which provisions supersede conflicting Municipal Code provisions.
Ordinance 2050, passed October 22, 1990, amends the agreement with the Police Patrolmen’s Association to arrange for hours of work, shift schedules and payroll practices.
Ordinance 2125, passed December 9, 1991, amends the collective bargaining agreement with respect to wages and health care benefits.
