137.12 COMPOSITION.

The Police Department shall be composed of a Police Chief, one lieutenant, four sergeants, twelve patrol officers, two patrol officers (part time), one administrative assistant, one custodian (part time) and other officers and personnel as Council shall from time to time determine.
