191.03 INVESTIGATION FUND.
   (a)    A fund not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00) hereby designated Investigation Fund is created.
   (b)    This fund shall be under the direct control of the Chief of Police and he or those designated by him, may use the fund for any purposes whatsoever in the discharge of the duties of the Police Department.
